Performance characteristics:
1. The shell, internal pipes and parts are made of 304 stainless steel.

2. The sealing member is made of silicone rubber.

3. It is used for sterilization in the closed spaces such as isolators, especially suitable for steam-in-place (SIP) sterilization of freeze dryers. 

4. Compared with the traditional method, it has the following advantages when it is used for sterilization of freeze dryer: a. Vacuum administration is adopted in the cabin without dead angle of sterilization d. No need to reform the freeze dryer c. Low operating and configuration costs d. Short sterilization cycle

5. It can kill bacillus stearothermophilus by more than 6log. 

6. The sterilization process is reproducible and easy for verification.

7. There is no toxicity or residue in the sterilized space.
